So your wish has become reality.

"Musa shouldn't play in this youth tournaments, as a Bosnian fan I hope he will never play in some U18, U19 or U20 national tournament!"

Musa and Sikiraš will play for the senior national team this summer, pre - qualifiers for the World Cup, that's the reason they won't play for the U18 team.

        Čampara said:"Private reasons".

Mutić is injured and without club, maybe, just maybe he will play.

Bosnia and Herzegovina also lose Srdjan Kocic and Aljosa Jankovic to injuries. How bizzare is that !

I went to watch Turkey - Macedonia game, 84:60, we played with players from reserve squad. The game has the feature of debuting with NT jersey for few players as a side note. Alperen Demir ('00 - C) looks better at finishing the positions around the rim comparing to last year but still a foul-prone player and despite being a tough C, not a reliable defensive source due to this, also a little bit undersized for his position, if he can reach optimal height for his position roundly, he can be thought as a worth-mentioning prospect, otherwise I don’t foretaste a high future in front of him. This is the first time I have watched Efe Ergi Tırpancı ('00 - SF) of Fenerbahçe, I am quite impressed by him, he didn't make wonders statistical wise, but showed some promises for the future. He has a great frame as a wing, need to polish his raw game for sure, but already showed he can do a little bit of everything. He is on good terms with ball that eventually boosts his long term potential. What a bummer that a team which is coached by a sharpshooter like Serkan Erdoğan threw bricks to the basket from the perimeter (2/17).
Sports is not only considered as a superiority of physical capability. Perception, intelligence and morality assist it as well. The strong with less intelligence and comprehension can not cope with the less strong but with sufficient intelligence and comprehension. I like the sportsman who is intelligent, agile as well as morally upright.

The big problems in last 8-10 years for turkish players and turkish basketball. Lots of good players but probably with Korkmaz excepction bad shooting players from 3s and not a ginle player who is a catch and shoot player. It´s a question of style of playing, i´m afraid and probably you have to incorporate 3 point shots in U14 category if you wanna create a specialist in that area.

p.s-->yesterday´s game against macedonia was much worth watch cuz Turkey played with better players. I want to see final squad Erdogan choose for championship..

The way you train kids to develop a good shot from the perimeter is not by forcing them to do this from an early age. It is more crucial that in the formative years (pre-teen and early teen) that a proper shooting technique and balance are though as the kids are growing and getting more strength in their arms and legs (especially important for the jumpshot). The shot is built from inside-out, so easier shots need to be conquered and shooting mechanics fixed and improved as the range increases. As they develop physically the limitations from a physical standpoint will decrease and the shot can be more lethal from further distances.

The things that need to be worked are shooting mechanics, ball handling and shot transition, catch and shoot technique, spring action, shoulder squaring to the basket, ball placement and hand movement during the shot. All those things need to be emphasized. As the kids get more confidence in their shot and get in more reps the range will come.

Turkey big time prospect Onuralp Bitim is out due to disciplinary issues, while Ahmet Can Duran (another nice prospect, center) will be out with injury.

This was expected after all the news coming out about his "growing up" antics lately.

                          BiH 14 players roster:

                          PG Sani Čampara (99') 6'1''

                          PG Adi Alikadić (99') 6'2''

                          PG Hamza Begić (00') 6'0''

                          PG Robert Soldo (00') 6'4''

                          SG Aljoša Janković (99') 6'6''

                          SG Stefan Adžić (99') 6'4''

                          SF Emir Čerkezović (99') 6'5''

                          SF Vojin Ilić (00') 6'6''

                          PF Amar Barukčija (99') 6'7''

                          PF Omar Pajić (99') 6'8''

                          C Vedran Mirković (99') 6'8''

                          C Kenan Kamenjaš (00') 6'9''

                          C Kosta Savić (99') 6'10''

                          C Nedim Omerović (00') 6'9''

There is a small chance Sikiraš will join, but right now seems like Čampara and Janković are best players in this team. Goal: Keep division A status.
