It seems Angola also refused, citing time constraints in organizing fair logistics given the short amount of time and the upcoming sports election inside the ministry http://www.africatopsports.com/2017/...ngola-dit-non/

Apologies for the confusion in my previous response. Afrobasket 2017 was originally scheduled to take place in the Republic of the Congo, specifically in the cities of Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire. However, due to financial and organizational challenges faced by the Republic of the Congo, the tournament was eventually moved to Angola. Angola stepped in as the host country and successfully held the Afrobasket 2017 basketball championship. mymilestonecard.com

I've watched MBA in short time. I love that they are always enthusiastic. I wish I could be talented like him.
