To be honest I did not expect that we will be so good on the start, without 2 players. This is much better in regard to prep period.

With 2 new player from nba cut we will be really dangerous team.

We should pay attention to Ivan Marinković. He made huge strides over the summer, dramatically improved shooting accuracy, taking long jumpers also. He's killing it off the pick&roll, extremely athletic and light on his feet, rolls really fast. He even uses his left hand in the post very well, though that part of his game needs more work. Not sure if the C spot is his position going forward, but he made a vast improvement. Needs to add strength and some muscle to hold his ground vs strong centers, but he has a fantastic frame to fill out at 6'10''. And he is still only 22.

Did you watch Zadar's games mate?? They seem to have a very interesting young team this year, many talented players. I saw some of Mazzalin and he looks like being back on the right way, he'll never be the next Drazen Petrovic of course and he hasn't worked on his outside shot sadly, but he has the tools I think to become a very good EL level all around forward if he keeps on that way! What do you think? Besides him, also Boris Barac looks like being on great shape and ready to step up. I'd like also to hear a bit about Mislav Brzoja performance. Thanks in advance.

They have a talented and very young backcourt with Bašić (expected to return by mid december) and Brzoja, Mazalin is just 19, he will be a type of player that does a little bit of everything, just needs time to put it all together. Could develop into a solid EL player. Barać's ceiling is not very high, but he is more than good for ABA league, I think that he will, eventually, end up in some mid level ACB league team. Young team that will grow as the season progresses, they are missing couple of more experienced players. They have good ball movement, lots of pick&rolls, good off ball movement, very nice offensive flow, but they lack more toughness in the paint and they need to be way more aggressive defensively. Some of that stuff will come naturally with experience.

Pornography in Zadar. Zvezda is just crushing opponents now. At one point the run was 38-9. Even Dobric and Simanic made an impact. I can't remember when Zvezda looked this good. Fantastic start.

Brzoja is skilled guard, but lacks athletic abilities. I hope he develops something like Simon. He is better defender then Simon, just need get some consistency and lose some weight.
With return of Basic and when they register Kovacevic and Maric they will have nice rotation on 1-2-3. I also like that tiny PG Jelenkovic. He has some nice potential.
Mazalin works on his shoot, but he just has broken arm's. This is key season for him.
They are interesting, lots of offensive players and coach that likes to give freedom to his players. Hope that works out for them
    Jordi Bertomeu sucks!

and that is, If this Mega will be in fight for F4 place then this league has no future.
I'm glad they look as awful as they do now.

If you think that Misko cares about the F4 you are quite wrong

All he cares is staying in ABA and signing more kids to make money off from in the future. For that, they are safe...

MZT with a reccord budget of 1.200.000 euros started the season disastrous, stramota in former YU language. With that kind of money you should fight for F4.... MZT sport director gott fired...... I understand that cuz MZT made whole lot better result with 400.000 euros last year....

Coach also gott fired... Also 2 players Jermaja Mejsi and Thomas and 2 new players will arrive in the days.. Lets see who.... Menwhile MZT signed Sinovec too.... Should start to look better anytimesoon but the season is over after poor work by sport director and lets save what can be saved.

as expected Cedevita is looking for a PG solution and possibly another PF.
    they will probably fire James.
when you have too much money and an idiot for a sports director this kind of things happen.

What happned to Karlo Zganec, he was on my "10 worst basketball players I ever saw" list, couldn't score at all, but in this season he is good for Cedevita, almost really good. Someone worked hard as it seems.

This Karpos Sokoli team seriously should be thrown out from ABA league. Com on what is this ? you can fight and at least lose with honor but what is this every singel game opponents all 40 min either have ziher lay up or open shoot... This is the worst defense ever seen on basketball court in the history of basketball. Why so bad motivation to play defense just do not get it.

This is very unprofessional and what really worry me is the coach he do not shout on players or anything... To pick up fight in defense. Just so wired..

defensively he has always been good and now is very good.
offense is his problem, he has no mid range jump shoot, won't even mention 3p shooting as he simply doesn't even try it. it is that bad.
but his fighting spirit and his good positioning and anticipation makes him good close to the rim.
I personally like him much more then over hyped Arapović.
