    For me these are the perfect circumstance for us for now --

    CS and Pringle getting recognized as locals;
    JC being allowed to play as a local and actually will be playing;
    and Brownlee as our official SF naturalized (this is an extreme upgrade for Norwood replacement and a good complimentary to JC)

    as for JC for sure, SBP will be having a hard time to justify it.
    This is a nice idea..having CS and Stan in the line-up is a big boost in our chances of making it to the next round and the probability of having the nod of the FIBA is high also as compared to the chances of JC being approved.

    you can admire pringles bame but its same game as william what separates william from pringle. Castro knew where to score...pringle knew where to turn the ball over may it 3x3 or 5v5

    How long has CS been playing in the Philippines? Residency-wise I think it will be hard for him to justify. Pringle will obviously easier.

    FIBA made an exemption for Slaughter because he has been in the Philippines for years.

    they factor in that cs was on national teams radar since 2008 but us ncaa scholarship offees made him impossible to play here on the country..

    Didn't CS already represented his Fatherland Germany in a FIBA sanctioned tournament? So how can he considered as a local?

    OT: I always see CS and Matt Wright in the nice party places here in Manila. CS likes rolling solo and Matt likes to hang out with groups.
    No ladies all over them unfortunately. They don't stand out and their looks are "normal" when it comes to these events.

    syempre but, theres a reason why you never heard about the two being involved in all star events.. precautionary measure perhaps.. SDont do to much partying as they are potential national players

    So.. I will get my wish sooner. If Australia decides to put their developmental team we will probably beat them. They just can't assemble a team and think that they can beat every team here in our zone.

    Happy to see the development of RR Pogoy not just as a PBA player but as a National team player as well. About 3 years ago, none of us here have regarded Pogoy that high (aminin ). Honestly, I thought during his varsity career at FEU, Pogoy would just become another Jerick Teng or a Jonathan Fernandez or a Patrick Cabahug - guards who did well in the UAAP but never made it big in the PBA.

    I think right now Pogoy easily belongs to the top 5 shooting guards/off-guards in the PBA.

Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

    Agree on this. Pogoy really worked his way up where he is right now. Though still lots of improvement for him

    Digging up this old post just because someone who's trying to overcompensate for something is making a mess in another thread.

    I hear ya. Was in the midst of confessing to my Jesuit Father in Loyola who's a bad punster ("Re-pint your sins, whatever ales you"... groan!!).

    As penance, he sent me to check out the overcompensator. So off I went. "When in doubt, check it out".

    Sounds like, "Well-endowed? check it out".

    The 6-inch ruler was overkill, so I went for the Mitutoyo Vernier Caliper. Thumbwheel didn't move past the closed jaws, indicating a zero reading. (trans: Malaki problema)

    Friendly advice to Cocoy Wannaboy: Remove that huge chip on your shoulder and stuff it in your crotch.

    Wee Willy would love the ahhhh brief input.

    I like the competition,however the name "Asia" should still stand.Someone needs to re think geography because if this will be the case,it does not make sense anymore.
