This will be tricky, with the next nba season slated to start late, a lot of veterans who were supposed to be left out of preseason rosters and were potential g league filler players now will try to make nba teams. Thus, leaving the g league with thinner options

i think the brian shaw hiring is for jalen green. paul george credits shaw for his development, maybe the thinking was shaw can apply the same development to green.

Kai should built his upper body strength,he is in the center position,he needs to bulldoze a lot of player under the rim..

The two big men who Kai scrimmage with are Saba Gigeberia and James Bank.

He destroyed Saba. But Kai have a tough time against James Bank.

Both are players of Georgia Tech.

If Kai develops a strong upper body strength,a great balance and more post moves,he'll be more amazing. He's not complete yet but its hard to ignore the developments of Kai,he's far from his Blue eagles form,he is a different animal already which is a Great thing. On a side note, traditional bigas that has enough lateral quickness may have a good NBA career.Take for instance Jonas Velenciunas.Kai getting that enough upper body strength,he' may have a good career ahead of him in the NBA.

Since the nba is slated to change their sched moving forward due to covid, this gives kai a longer time to get more reps and develop his game.

i believe james bank is significantly older hence a little more developed than kai. watching the scrimmage, i felt like kai was able to go toe-to-toe against him. got him good on some plays as well.

Yes, you are right. Banks is already 22 yrs old.and already played for Georgia tech in 3 yrs.

Yeah, I just said that because Kai easily destroyed Saba Gigiberia. And he have a more competitive scrimmage with Banks

Yup, compared to the centers he's up against in this training, he's more mobile. He's starting to play more like Toni Kukoc now than Porzingis. Added to that that he's got good post moves. Hoping adding weight will not effect his mobility.

He blanked kais attempt for a dunk but, from the clips, it seems that Kai held his own. I think kai would still have been fine had he gone to college, contrary to what some say. I don't know if it's just because of the weight training or Kais body is starting to mature already
We have this chance to fit JC in the gilas team, why are you putting in effort on finding ways to exclude him?

Easily destroyed?? Lol! I would go easy on the high falutin words. Its hard enough that the news and updates have been slow these past few days, but its so funny how people can be so overzealous in hyping up something from a 3 minute clip that wasnt even done in a real game where the players probably werent even exerting more than half an effort.

Sometimes its annoying just like this one:

Mga pinoy talaga Oo...really kayang kaya dakdakan ni Kai si Tacko Fall ng harap harapan?! Haaays anything just to overhype and clickbait.

He is an Austin Spurs opinion contributer called Project Spurs. He is not that big but that will start a wave for kai to be recognized around Spurs Organization and community.
