LOL Kai will never be half as half as good as a Bol Bol ... you Kai D***suckers wish!

Tacko Fall will break Kai in half easy!

Is Kai even half as good as the 31st pick Nicky Claxton who is an athletic 7 footer? Hell no .....

Only idiots, Kai D***suckers, bootlickers, Kai A**lickers and morons believe that Kai is NBA material let alone going to make a mark in the international game.

Cant wait for Francisco Caffaro to make shortwork out of Kai and put an end to this "Kai" nonsense.

Oh and please no more excuses this time

To those doubting Francisco Caffaro's ability to destroy the 2 years younger Kai Sotto,

Caffaro who will be playing in his 2nd U19 WC made his mark by posting great numbers of 8.8 pts and 3.6 rebounds in his U17 world cup stint. What gets more impressive is that he posted no single block and assist in the 5 games he played.

    wait, there's more

Caffaro gets even more scarier as he improved by leaps and bounds in his first u19 world cup stint. This monster posted 3.6 pts and 3.9 rebs and a total of 2 assists and 1 blk in the 7 games he played.

Damn, those numvers should make Kai piss his pants.

I've come across this numbers last week, out of curiosity. Needless to say, I was impressed. I've seen his games and he's like a mellowed down, taller Tyler Hansbrough. That dude took the NBA by storm.

Tacko is slow compared to the average 6’10-7’1 centers, but he moves incredibly well compared to other 7’5+ giants. He posted respectable numbers with 10.1 ppg, 7.7 rpg, 2.4 bpg, in 23 minutes per game in his 4 year D1 career. If Kai proves that he can successfully defend opposing bigs that can shoot the three, he should end up being a better prospect. Rudy Gobert is an example of a brilliant shot blocker near the rim, but he sort of just watches whenever his man decides to take outside shots. Hopefully Kai maintains his quickness during his strength training.

What was really impressive was he went up with 2 hands but switched to left in midair when he saw his opponent could block him.

I still think that ncaa is the best and easy way to be recognize by nba scouts and also higher chance to be drafted in first round pick

U16/7 & U18/9 are actually better as international scouts are always on the watch.

This is how Kai got those offers from Spain. If he was in the same level as KD, he would have easily made the 1st round draft pick.

This guy was recruited to join the farm team of golden state warriors when he was 17. Golden state even hid him from scouts whenever he plays for the santa cruz warriors, now they drafted him for their 39th pick.

Kai must impress in the u19, if only he can replicate the same path of this guy to get in the nba

The problem is the US NCAA is a legit enforcer of student athletes code, but since Kai parents was offered to play for pay with family in tow they picked Europe over the US strict amateur rules in colleges. What sucks for him is he's not going to experience a University life, being his own man far away from his family, making his own decision as a man at 18.

Except if he gets picked in the first round. First round draftees are required to be offered a contract, except when they are in contract somewhere outside the NBA.
But it is highly unlikely (for now) that Kai gets picked in the first round.

Yup. The single footed dunks are most surprising. And I agree, a bit scary.

Based on what? Potential alone gets Kai drafted in the 1st. If he can have a good showing in this year's u19 WC, that could be the gateway for him being a lottery pick.
