Yeah, I like what Miško is doing with Mega, there are only few cases like that out there, closest being the Latvian U18 selection playing in their national league - that kind of indicates the level there, but I'm certain it played some noticable role with their junior team's succes lately.
That's a part of transition Slovenian basketball seriously lacks nowadays (unlike in the 90ies) and the likes of Dimec or Bolčina are wasting time seating behind the guys playing for peanuts whose only advantage is being a few years older without as high of a ceiling, while good talents as Kavaš brothers, Krampelj now Kodrin (all decent SF/PF's potentials) and others get lost mostly to some NCAA div II teams. Most of them are far from Luwawu or Zagorac level, but should otherwise develop into some nice ABA level players. Dissaster considering our already narrow talent pool.

The way things look as of this moment, Mega and Metalac will likely end up in the upper half of the ABA standings. I think Olimpija should be up there in that group as well, however "ABA rookies" such as Zagorac, Lapornik, Nikolič are yet to be seen on that level with constant minutes, all 3 of them limited in some aspects, Vučetić still lacks some muscles although reportedly has great work ethics and good head, Mesiček is still just 18 and Čančar won't be contributing noticably within the rotation for at least one more season. If half of those makes some steps in the positive direction in that transition to ABA level, than we're good. 5 years ago, I'd be a pesimist, but the level of mid-level teams somehow isn't the same now.

Sutjeska is the 14th team in ABA. Considering the level Budućnost was showing all these years, Montenegro deserved gettin a shot with 2nd team.

Aleks Maric in Buducnost. They are still not done with bringing in players as I suspected.

Also in other news, Tepic will be joining PAOK. It's a funny thing since they just brough Sinadinovic PG from there. So they just swapping point guards

Seems as a good signing for Budućnost, but does anyone know what was going on with him in the previous season? Seemed as a kind of season players have when battleing through injuries of various sorts.

          Nemanja Protić to MZT.
However few days ago Sinovec, Lučić, Samardzinski and Cvetković were still listed in their team and I thought they were staying.

          Metalac - Tajfun 78:67 (22:21, 13:27, 27:12, 16:7)
          Pot 17, Gabrić 12, Jevtović 10, Majstorović, Janković 8; Ponjavić 18, Čebular 13, Bolčina 12

Not a bad result for a typical home team as Tajfun at all, considering the opponent and both main PG's missing. Yet to see how other teams will work their rosters out, but if they kept at least 80% of their last years chemistry and playing at Fiba cup won't throw them off rhythm , this edition of Tajfun should be far from "Levski level" which is commonly believed among sloppier observers.

Basically we played with a mix B/C team + Sofo.

              PG Rebic
              SG Lazic
              SF Davidovac
              PF Simanic
              C Sofo

That was the starting lineup. I like that Radonjic is giving kids a lot of minutes and also getting Sofo in shape!

There is a rumor going around about Fenerbahce owner taking a stake in KK Partizan, and helping them resolve the financial situation. The talk is about forming some kind of a B-Team/Development team out of them and having a close cooperation with Fenerbahce. One of the conditions would be getting rid of Vujosevic and restructuring the club. Here is the full news in Serbian, you can use google translate.

Vujosevic must remain,as he is,he is one of only few real opposition to Vucic and SNS,he must(with his players and fans ofc) take leading position in new upcoming national rise against this dictatorship regime in Serbia, this story about Fener,is just a...story nothing more, written by regime newspapers, trying to destabilize Vujosevic and upcoming rebelion
