Not giving up on the golden dream

    excerpt:
At this year’s Games, the Philippines will be without influential point guard Bobby Ray Parks Jr and centre Russel Escoto, who are both injured. But they still have the likes of the US National Collegiate of Athletic Associations most valuable player Earl Scottie Thompson and Los Angeles Lakers trialist Marcus Douthit in their 12-strong side.

Indonesia NT this time stronger than last SEAGAMES, maybe the best NT last 5 years and last service for some players. Target for second best after gilas philipinas and i think our NT have big chance for silver medal, hope can give hard time for philipinas NT

Still 15 players...need cut 3 of them but who ever they cut still good team. Coaching team little bit difficult to cut player in this stage. This team combined experience player like Ronny Gunawan, Mario wuysang and Andrie Ekayana with youngster like Adhi Pratama.

Yup, Fictor Roring. He build NT base on NBL Indonesia performance not base on like or dislike of players that i heard common happen with NT before. One thing i regret that NBL Indonesia operator already resign for next seasons. Really Thank you for Mr. Azrul for give us very good basket league for 5 seassons.

Thank you Indonesian NT, good job. Congratulation for Pilipinas Gilas, so close until last minute. Doudthit is key factor. Wait our NT next Seagames. If still use young team maybe will be time for Indonesia grab gold because 2-3 naturalization player will play. So be ready pilipinas....

I've been watching replays and saw some Singapore supporters were wearing statement shirts saying "we believe."

Is that about winning the championship?

yes. the singapore hoops national team underwent rigorous training abroad to prepare for the tournament. so they have all the confidence.
