qualification system an the middle of the year and other changes...my question is:will usa play with the nba all-star players at the world cup and the olympics or not?

I don't see why not. Hopefully the Olympics becomes U-23 though so the best players go to the World Cup.

the world cup and the olympics will have-beggining from 2019 world cup-one year difference only.so,it will be very difficult ror the nba players playing both of two tournaments..which of two do you think they will prefer?

World Cup will be qualifiers to Olympics, just like Eurobasket 2015 is now, so expect NBA players to play in both, like they does now (2015-2016)

Mate, star players plays two summers in a row for quite a long time now - one pre-Olympic Eurobasket as qualifyin' one for Olympics, 2nd Olympics itself. There were times when World Cup was prestigious event too, in last millenium, last one probably 2002, but since lately more and more star players takes summer off instead playin' in it, FIBA decided to make World Cup as qualifyin' event to Olympics to bring back that lost prestige again. So I'm quite sure that if nothing will change, star players will still play two summers in a row like they does now

Well, since World Cup will be qualifyin' event to Olympics - it won't change, unless like JPF wrote, at some point Olympics will become some U-23 event like in football
