Put Lavrinovic against Diaw. Smartest move ever.

Congratulations to france. Well deserved. When Valanciunas finally tired out they took the win.

trust in our genius stubborn coach to masterplan this decision... Why not put Jasaitis there for defensive purposes? It's not like we have any other wing who can defend either

Goddamn, France had win in his pocket and now made another gift. Heurtel was the last I expected to miss two free throws.
Although I am not sure whether it should have been +1 for Juskevicus, he made few steps after foul.

Game has become a free throw shooting contest.

Typical overcoaching. Why are you still fouling with 4 seconds left 94 feet from the basket?

Diaw drove inside and gutted LIT in 2 consecutive possessions with 1 min to go...
Valanciunas on the other hand screwed up twice in the paint.

Good game to watch, but these few small things in crunch-time decide who wins...

Congrats to FRA for the bronze...

PS: Seems this FRA also had NO CHANCE to handle USA. I believe the one team with the highest chance (less than 10%) is facing the US tomorrow.

This was a quality game anyway and no team should be dissapointed by their efforts

Well, that's a compliment for our team. Thanks.

Like I said before the game, probably the more competitive one of the two. Don't believe that tomorrow's game will end like this. An extremely interesting-boring finish.
I agree with BB2882, fouling on 4 sec with 94 feet from the basket was totally unnecessary, but whatever.

Congrats to France for bronze and to Lithuania coming this far, honestly I think most people didn't expect (I didn't) that you would play the 3rd place match after Kalnietis's injury, but you managed to fight your way through. Great effort and props to your team.
