Another U17 gold medalist, Gary Trent Jr chose Duke, while frontcourt prospects Nick Richards and PJ Washington committed to Kentucky.

Diallo, who graduated last June and has returned this season for a post-graduate year, can enroll immediately at UK, but is expected to play for the 2017-18 season. He would be eligible to enter the 2017 NBA Draft as well.

With 52 pts (and 10 threes) LiAngelo Ball again led Chino Hills to victory, extending the win streak to 57 (nation's second longest). The UCLA-bound star has averaged well above 50 ppg in the last three games but is strangely overlooked by hs specialised press. He's not even ranked by ESPN Top 100 and wasn't selected neither for McDonald's nor for Jordan Brand All-American games.
