    Mama - a bully (i.e. namamama, minamama - being bullied)
    Mamaw - players who are beasting, monster scorers (i.e. douthit, fadi, bahrami)
    Lilliputians - short people/teams, midgets, PH 5'10" and under guards (i.e. eman monfort)
    Gulliver - tall people/teams, giants, 7 footers (China, Iran)
    Pandakekoks - see lilliputians

    Hey. This is a nice thread especially for foreigners who reads Filipino threads. Oftentimes we post a lot of filipino slang words or filipino basketball terminologies in our post.

    Let me try.

    Gulang- In Pinoy basketball I guess it means " Shrewd" or the literal meaning " Mature"

    kaldagin (from kaldag) verb: to bulldoze the opponent's chest with full force using shoulders/ stiff forearm lol

    KANGKAROT is derived from the jilted or wobbly spinning of a top (trumpo). A kangkarot is thus someone who moves about all the time. yeah, it means the same as MAKULIT.

    IMHO "TAKBONG MAYAMAN" is best defined by a video.
