With best possible Rosters, group A Looks very tough, so is D. Group B and C have clear favorites. In my opinion , there are 5-6 teams for the 3 places.

Have the schedules been released yet for the Mens and Womens African Championship yet? If not, when will they be released?

    Thanks

Official schedule for the 2013 African Championship (Men).

    Link: http://www.fibaafrica.com/index.php?...mid=73&lang=fr

As for the women tournement, Tunisia and Algeria have yet to play for the 12th and last spot (29 June, 1 July). The schedule will likely be released after those games.

Regarding the women's tournament this is what I read with regards to Tunisia:

The Africa zone 1 qualifier event will run from 29 June to 1 July in the Tunisian capital of Tunis, and the winner will advance to the 2013 AfroBasket Women, which will take place in Mozambique's capital of Maputo later this summer (20-29 September).
Should Tunisia qualify to the AfroBasket Women, they will be included in Group A alongside hosts Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, Egypt and Senegal.

Hi Soliman! Why weren't Ismail Ahmad and Omar Samhan called to join the NT?
I remember Omar Oraby was called to join the NT in Jones Cup but I don't know if he actually joined or not. For sure having him on the roster would have been a great addition as well.

And why I'm not surprised about Samhan... As I remember few months ago he once again promised to join NT, but once again found more valuable "jobs" to do during summer, like partyin', visiting McDonalds and etc... This guy doesn't change for few years now, since his days in Zalgiris, he've had some talent, is nice guy, but his totally wrong attitude for sports is just killing it
