Good job Calathes for giving away the game!
Congrats one more time to Zouros who left Bourousis to the bench!

and the "untalented" Greeks lost the game and its a great chance for us Greek fans to start bitching again even though we were playing with 8 ( sorry 7 since apparently Bourousis forgot to play for 3 quarters ). Anyway this greek team prove with absences or not that can stay on a high level and they fought all their games and manage to achieve the goal so i'm quite happy
Also congrats to lith fans. Great atmosphere

This was one of the worst individual performances in the history of eurobasket by Valancunas. It seemed every second he was on the court,he'd make sth negative for his team.Unbelievable.

    LOL at this tool
He is judging a 19 year old from 8 minutes he spent on court...

It was like a party at the stands
    And it was ironic too

    Koncak is a wanker.
    Max,take it easy.
Turning his back before Koufos made a shot did not look good.
Truth is ,our oldest player and our youngest player did not perform at all today.
    Happens.
And maybe at some point you will get my point when i said that big V is not ready yet

he looked ready in a games which actually MATTERED - you know when we played serbians, germans, spaniards. Yet he is judged for his 8 minute performance in a friendly game, where all the players take it easy in order not to get injured. Well, I hope you get my drift

With our players back we may well make a team that contests for medals...

Yet we *need* DD back at 31-32 he's far from old. In fact greater stars than him who often play 100+ games a year on the NBA they are *always* with their national teams (Nowitzki, Parker). He's way too young to retire from the NT....

Congrats to Lithuania! Good game all in all.

I didn't understand why Bourousis stayed at the bench but whatever. Very close game always fun to watch.

Still optimistic about our chances next year having seen this team. Next year should only be beter.

PS I just love how Lithuanians love this sport and I wish it was like that in Greece... I mean we are descent in basketball and most people in Greece are obesessed with football. I don't get it... We should be all about basketball (...maybe water polo as well!)

Thats how you support a team despite changed plans. Big congrat for that.
