Next is to install Gavina as the Head Coach, elevate Caloy as Team Manager or Board Governor status, para talagang completely new team. At present kasi with Caloy, he is a trying hard copy cat of Yeng Guaio...

I think Belga was never a Guiao draftee.

But he just sucks especially in ingame adjustments and Situational plays.... How many time did ROS able to collapse and squander a 20 point lead and lost...Last PhilCUp they lost to PF inspite leading by 16 going to the 4th, or this Commish CUp Semi losing to SMB after leading by 31 or lost to Vatang Pier inspite of leading 26 point going to the 4th

They were rebuilding without anyone noticing lol. They also have Gavina turning JayJay Alejandro into a 6’2 PG and Sidney Onwubere into a 6’5 SF maybe as Gabe’s reliever. They also have confident young guys in nambatac, mocon, rosales, torres and daquioag. Then get another few steals from this years draft hen maybe just maybe they can get back into the playoff picture lol. Caloy needs to improve his crunch time decisions.

A change of scenery can do wonders for him, look at Tautuaa, Trollano and even Heruela. At GSM, due to changed from Purely triangle to hybrid triangle Run and Gun guard centered plays, his role in GSM has dimininshed, sort of 5th option (with Pringle and Tenerio trigger happy PG, kagiwa still ballhog). If properly used he can still score around 15points and grab12 rebs
