According to some draft pundits, had the NBA been allowing highschool players to be eligible to the draft, Wiggins would have been consensus #1 for the 2013 NBA draft. But this early, Wiggins is #1 in most mock draft boards.Sacramento Kings

Too bad the Canadians didn't have Wiggins in the FIBA U19 in Prague. Just watched Canada have a nightmare 2nd half as the Americans eliminated them in the quarters match with a 42-point thrashing. Added bad luck as Trey Lyles (tournament averages: 20 pts, 9 reb) sat out with a sprained ankle.
The official line is that Wiggins is in the pipe for longer term NT plans, specifically 2016 Rio.

Very impressed on how Andrew Wiggins dealt with pressure against DUKE. Even when Jabari was getting ahead, Wiggins was unfazed and focused on team defense as that time, Perry Ellis was streaking. But in the second half, Wiggins emerged to help push the game and seal it.Sacramento Kings

Wiggins is legit. Right now, Parker is the more polished player, but give Wiggins more experience and if he gains 20 pounds of muscle, he'll be virtually unstoppable. We have to remember, Wiggins reclassified to enter college early, so under normal circumstances this would be his senior year in high school. Parker might be the better rookie when he turns pro, but Wiggins may end up with the better pro career.
