Turkey can't get any shots to fall. Even their layups are rolling out.

That's the expected classdifference. Argentina get's no contribution by Ginobili but dominates the game, that says all about Argentina.

Spain-Argentina will be an awesome game!

I really don't know, Marius. I heard that Spain asked to play earlier but I have no idea if that's true.

At half time Argentina 43 - 23 Turkey.

Argentina is playing very well today, Delfino and Herrmann very effective of the bench, their contribution is important and like it's been said Argentina playing good defense.

Neveimind Turkish friends. Everyone gets thrashed here and there.

Thing that remains is that this was a successful campaign for you so far. You were too inexperienced with this team to go further.

I'm sure you can get at least 6th spot.

p.s Is there classification matches in this tournament?

Yes. Turkey will face Lithuania and Germany/USA wil face Greece/ France loser. The winner of both matches play for fifth place, losers for seventh place.

We lost as I thought without a chance. Just to many injuries (Ibo and Ersan) and Argentina was just to good.

The only good point from this game are our teenagers, Cenk, Ersan, Semih and Hakan all played a big part of the second half. And they did pretty good....I can only say 2010 is where our goals are and that is looking pretty good!

Congrats Argentina, will be a great semi against Spain, can't wait

Big congrats to Argentina. That's basketball. I enjoyed the game, because we would have lost against a team like Argentina. They deserve to be the new world champion. I wish them good luck for the last games. The game against Spain could be one of the best games in the last years

Congratulations,Argentina!Great game.Too good of a team for Turkey who, however, did their best and played a very good WC.
Now,Argentina-Spain!And what about those match-ups!Gasol-Oberto,Garbajosa-Scola,Navarro-Ginobili,Jimenez-Nocioni etc..I think Spain has the upper hand in the frontcourt match-ups,whereas Argentina in the backcourt ones.

I would like to know what Argentinian fans are thinking about their coach Hernandez? I'm following the Argentinian basketball very closely and some of you know that I'm a big fan of this team but I have to say that I miss Ruben Magnano as a coach.
I'm glad to know that you follow Argentinian basketball Akyol , that's great.
About Hernandez my opinion and I think that its the general opinion also, is that Hernandez is a good coach, charismatic, some times he seems a bit arrogant but its a good fit to manage big players. Also I think that he might be a little overrated since his has always had top teams, so its natural to have good results.
As for Maganano, I love the guy, he is from Cordoba just like me, he became famous coaching Atenas de Cordoba, my favourite team, and he got the best results ever with the NT, so imagine I also miss him as a coach. However Argentina needed a change, if Magnano were the coach some players wouldn't be playing this WC, Walter Herrmann for example who is ofended since Magnano didn't play him a single minute in the Olympic final even if Herrmann was key in the semifinal game against EEUU, so a change was good plus, who needs a good coach when you have this players anyway.

It is no shame to lose to the best team in the World since 2002.

What an amazing team and what an uncredible winning spirit Argentina has...

Anyway Turkey deserved to be there and did its best.

Theyre a team under consruction and theyll have plenty of opportunities to get higher in the years to come.

I guess they left the topic I´ve opened asking for the match time, that´s why the question mark.

Great display by Argentina. Probably the best match played by Argentina in the tournament. Friday match against Spain will be difficult. Both teams will face difficults in offense ( i guess a low score match) since both of them display great discipline in defense.
