    That is very cool. It seems the first phase of their plane worked.

    Breaking into the EL might prove a bit more difficult but Jordi has a hard on for the German market so they might actually make it very soon.

    I hope they do make it actually, because Germany deserves to have a strong basketball team and they have great fans.

      Bayern could try to lure Nowitzki if there's a lockout.

        Is there a download of the game TV broadcast somewhere?

          @arnold Not to my knowledge.

          @all: Bayern München now officially prematurely qualified for playing in the German Beko BBL next season. The issue about Bauermann's double job as club coach and national team coach remains unresolved so far.

              Bayern signs Ben Hansbrough, formerly of Notre Dame. Hansbrough entered the 2011 NBA Draft but went undrafted.

                Hansbrough is a real player. Most NCAA fans don't know that he was the Big East Player of the Year last year.
                I think his game fits real nicely into FIBA rules, he's smart with the ball, great shooter and very very tough.

                      Bayern has the highest budget in German Bundesliga! Higher than this one from Borse Baskets Bamberg(Champion, Euroleague-Starter)

                        Good to see the Germans investing in basketball. Shame that it's usually overshadowed by ice hockey and handball over there, but I guess Bayern's rise and potential EuroLeague or EuroCup appearance next season will increase the stature of European basketball over there

                            Sorry for double-posting but i'm really curious about this game:

                            What about Bayern-Fenerbahce? Will any link be available for tomorrow?
