I think it is time already to make the preliminary pairs before the last four games end:
One finalist will come from these 8 teams (in case of two teams, the more likely option is in bold) :
(A1 Argentina vs. B4 New Zealand)
vs.
(C2 Turkey/Greece vs. D3 Slovenia)
(B1 Spain vs. A4 Serbia)
vs.
(D2 Italy vs. C3 Lithuania)
Another finalist will come from the following 8 teams:
(C1 Greece/Turkey vs. D4 China)
vs.
(A2 France (?) vs. B3 Angola)
(D1 USA vs. C4 Australia)
vs.
(B2 Germany vs. A3 Nigeria)
These pairs are based on the assumption that France defeats Venezuela and Spain defeats Japan (so far these assumptions are 100% right). The ending Turkey-Greece is left open.
In general, I am quite glad with the Lithuanian side, but we have to look at our own quality first...
