Eastern Washington Eagles' 6'8" junior PF Venky Jois (1993) is quietly having a nice season so far. Very effective near the rim.

Australia lost to Lithuania, 80-68. Motum was impressive, going 8-10 and making a trey. Dante Exum looked lost at times and his ankle seems to be bothering him, his first step was slow and shifting dribble was bad and looked amateurish. All six points Exum made the best of it. Also Andrew Bogut exhibited a little rust. David Andersen and Chris Goulding also helped carry the team. Bairstrow and Dellavedova DNP.

A late congratulatory message for the Boomers in making the Rio Olympics next year. Hoping to see prospects like Simmons and Maker suit up.
