lebanon is a new county in basketball ... recent basketball started in 1995 when war ended ...

we won several arab and asian club cups and our players became better and better

our dream was made true when we beat korea and competed china in 2001 and qualified to indiana polis fiba WC in 2002
but we had problems and lost alllllllll games


again lebanon qualified in a manly performance almost beat china in the final of asian champs ...

and this year also war came back to lebanon ... but our NT traveled under seige and went and today they made history for lebanese sports and people ...

we won our first game ever in a world cup ....

lebanon is only 4 million people

so thats why we r sooooo happy and proud ....

even if our team didnt win any game anymore wed celebratew when they come back after the tournament ....


but if they canqualify to round 2 ... i dunno what would happen to lebanon people would go crazy ... this is real history for us ....

so beg us apart if we r over-happy about our national team
