Of course they have to be banned. It's annoying to have a person making its sound during all the match, even in TV.

I don't understand why people like them.

It is up to Turkey now. If anyone is caught with them in their hands shold be deported and if anyone is caught selling them outside the stadium should be sent to Anatolia

But seriously, i think that these trumpets were compensating for the lack of funs in this tournament. So many games had very few fans that could only make a bit of noise. Use those shitty trumpets and make some noise. That was the idea. It wouldnt surprise me if the organisers were handing those for free outside the stadiums

This is how average human looks like after being exposed to noise of those trumpets for 25 minutes.

Make the possession of trumpets a felony, detain the offender until the tourmament is over and set bail at 10,000 euros.

Goddamn IRRITATING, did anyone watch the football Confed. Cup in S. Africa?

I'm glad everyone else feels the same way about this horn business. I can hardly keep the audio up for fear of looking anything like the image above. Whatever happened to good, old-fashioned chants or clapping? I say accessories shouldn't be used to make noise. It's lazy fanship if you ask me. Paint your chests and yell your lungs out like a normal person.

I was kinda dissapointed, when I saw many slovenian fans with it. I really can't understand, why people like using it and hearing this annoying sound. I would understand if some 5 y/o child would use it, but adults... Come on

Probably It's South Africa's fault, if european (crazy) people wouldn't hear those vuvuzelas, we wouldn't have expansion of these trumpets here.

We must really begin some anti trumpet/vuvuzela movement in Europe.
