That's poor, i can understand if you don't like some actions in some games, but i can't see any disrespect in them towards rival team.
It seems there are too many anti-Spain NT... i deeply disagree about lack of "ethic standards" and about what many people use to say about them, that they are arrogants. That happens when a team is really difficult to beat, there are so many people just waiting them to lose ...
BTW... Spanish supporters used to complain about refs when they lose in quarterfinals.. you know it's a global behaviour
Humilliate their opponents? What are you talking about? If you win +15 would you put your hands down to let your rival have a chance, or would you try to get +30 not to get problems in the end of the game?
Finally i don't see them so good, they are beatable, difficult but beatable, all of us know it.
Lets get back on topic. I was able to see couple of games of Serbia, Greece and Russia. Unfortunately didn`t catch any Lithuania.
Greece has thier old system in place, but Calathes, Zisis and Spanoulis aren`t doing as good of a job sharing and distributing the ball as Papaloukas and Diamantidis would do. Calathes will develop into a quality player, but at this point gets careless with the ball at times and drives into the heavy traffic. His shot didn`t look particularly good. Zisis got torched at the defensive end repeatedly against Serbia, he defended pick&roll poorly. Centers get most of thier touches in pick and roll action. Bouroussis gets some one-on-one play in the low post, while Schortsanitis is the designated low-post scorer and is very important as such. Forward positions are major concern. Fotsis is very average player these days, while Printezis gives nice energy boost of the bench, but is not consistent. Perperoglou and Tsaldaris would not be part of regular rotation in normal circumstances.
Serbia does a real solid job at the defensive end. It`s too bad that thier offensive catalyst Teodosic is thier weakest defender, he gets beaten far too easily in one-on-one situation as well as in pick and roll action. Offensively Serbia likes to pound the ball inside to Krstic in particualr, while Teodosic gets the offense running with pick and roll, which he is excellent at. Macvan has trouble finishing around the basket against taller and more athletic opposition, so he tried to shoot a lot of jumpers, but that didn`t work particualrly well. He is average shooter at the moment. Raduljica is very strong and physical, but needs to polish his footwork in the paint. I expect Teodosic, Tepic, Tripkovic, Erceg, Velickovic and Krstic to take the most of the burden. This team is lacking perimeter scorer badly, Rakocevic would be very valuble for this team.
Russia is a long shot to make quarterfinals. They were no offensive jugernaut with Kirilienko and Holden to begin with, and now they are very disorganized and confused at that end. They commited shot-clock violation 4 times against Greece. Ponkrashov is having trouble creating shots for anyone, but himself, while Bykov is more of a two-guard as he doesn`t have court vision nor basketball IQ to function as a playmaker. Wings are real solid with McCarty and Fridzon as a shooters, and Monya as a utility guy. Vorontchevic had game of his life against Greece hitting 3-pointers and going strong to the basket with 2 impressive dunks, but im not sure if he can keep it up. Kaun and Sokolov do not look like particularly good backup. They give solid effort at the glass, but are clumsy with the ball. Kurbanov and Vialtsev are not NT material.

Very good post! You comments about team Greece, Serbia and Russia are spot on.
I too think that Calathes is still far from being called a finished product. The good thing is that there is loads of room for improvement.
Same goes for Koufos. He seems to be very offensive minded and needs to learn to see court as we say.
What did you think about Mozgov? Kaun is better at the offensive end, Sokolov at the defensive.
I like him a lot. He is obviously still raw, which is understandable considering that he doesn`t have that much big-game experience, but he is big and strong, very good rebounder and can actually score some around the basket. Best Russian Center a the moment.
Khryapa`s injury is huge blow for Russia. I think Blatt would play him at PF a lot, which would allow him to get more minutes for McCarthy and Monya at SF, but also Khryapa is terrific at defending pick&roll as PF considering that he can switch onto the small guy and don`t give up anything. Russia`s defense is 20-30% worse without him and defense was all they had coming into this tournament.
