Philippine Cup should be an open tournament where mpbl teams and even college teams can join..and the venue should be held outside manila..

Compensate the weaker teams of them having asian import or be based on a good market team like Nueva Ecija.. or Cebu where elite pba teams will have difficulty...

Allow pba teams to join other leagues like lega endesa or ABA does.. SMB and TNT EASL some play for ABL.. so that players fatigue wouldnt be an issue...
