How many uaap teams with really good fsa are there versus pba teams? As much as we want a diouf or koume for every pba team, this will not be sustainable...

The farm teams, as we call them, are just basically in the PBA for marketing. They couldn't care less about winning championships... its just a bonus...

The reason for the import preferences in the PBA is basically economics. Tall imports are more expensive than shorter ones. 2 imports are expensive. Guess...
