I don't know about you guys but NCAA and UAAP have more in-game viewers than the PBA now. Those two leagues may not fill the court on a daily basis but...

It's like the Slam Dunk anime - there is a competition for junior high (Takeshi Junior High, Tomigaoka Junior High) and a separate one for the senior...

If I were these u-16 teams, I will recruit 13-15 year old FSAs to be elevated in the junior's team and, eventually, the senior's team.
