my gf is leaving tomorrow for israel (tel-aviv and jerusale). i have read the weather forecasts but i still cannot imagine, what is "cloudy, 24°C" in February. Can one run around in shorts/jeans and a t-shiet during the day? can one go to the beach? Or is it too cold for the beach, while one would rather have to put on a sweatshirt or a jacket?

As for pops.he has till 15th of june to tell Maccabi if he has contract offer from an NBA team.if he hasn't so he will sign the contract(as i said a 2+1 contract).if he wont sign a contract so he will be a Maccabi player.
he also has invetations for Las vegas summer league and Utah Summer league.
