I learned it the hard way.

Not necessarily yung credit sa youth program natin, pero si Kiefer Ravena is IMO very ready.. Halos pareho lang sila ng skill-set(based on highlights)..

Another one siguro si Kevin Ferrer.. 6'4" but can handle the ball pretty well for his size and the position he normally plays which is the 4.. Pang 3 yung skill-set niya.. He was a lanky big guy before the U16.. Downside lang is raw sa depensa.. Pero worth adding to the future NT..

    Totoo..

Pero in fairness kay Ferrer dinevelop siya ng USTHS para maging big man with big man moves.. Sa U16 siya naging forward..

It's time now for SBP to establish a sports academy. We can't trust some schools to lend their players to the national team.

@cd I know your point but I think it is too much a demand for the youth program to handle the first real goal of the junior program

is Remove mediocrity finish in top eight consistently

second figure to be in top teams in asia the closest is u16

third develop players to play the position suited for them not only when they turn pro but when they play intl ball

this u18 lineup has no centers whatsoever all are potential tweener pf's

the last priority is to produce aplayer calibre in ncaa standards

I think majority of the budget of tao is liquidated to the team itself

    not to nbtc

yes nbtc will produce the big man but the grass roots will produce the latter there are

many kiefer ravena's out there not as cerebral as he is but has more shooting and height

commercialization in college basketball must be also a concern

@obama yes 14-18 yr old student athletes should be housed and developed in a sports academy when they reached the right age thats the time schools gonna recruit them although the major college league's calendar run smack to fiba's calendar
