As expected, Chino Hills capped its spectacular undefeated season (35-0) winning California state title.
Besides well known PoY candidate sr Lonzo Ball and jr LiAngelo, two freshmen are worth to be mentioned among Huskies, tiny LaMelo Ball for his spectacular passes and long Onyeka Okongwu for his blocking abilities.

Nigerian born 6-10 F/C Charles Bassey of St. Anthony is rated by many one of the best freshmen prospects. He exploded for 43 pts, 17 reb and 6 blocks towards the end of rthe season and recorded a triple-double in his hs debut last November. He's been named to the JBC International team (game scheduled on April 15).

The youngest of Ball brothers, LaMelo, scored a crazy 92 points as Chino Hills bounced back from its recent loss to a 147-123 victory vs Los Osos. Taking over Huskies offense while older brother LiAngelo is resting with a light injury, LaMelo was recorded 37 on 57 hits from the field.
