Being an avid fan of the Philippines' PBA and the NBA, i would say that Ray 'bobby' Parks, who has become a resident import here in the past. At his height of about 6-3/6-4, he played the SF/PF/C positions in the PBA and had a very great and rewarding career bagging the Best Import Award 7 times.

Theo Papaloukas, Tiago Splitter, Nikola Pekovic, Ioannis Bourousis are the current best players in europe who haven't made it to the NBA. Besides Theo the 3 bigs still have a shot to make the league. I believe Splitter has the best shot out of all of to have an impact in the NBA. His shot blocking, ability to move laterally, and improving post up game make Splitter the best post player that could come to the NBA right now from europe
