it would definitely be olowakandi, i watched that pre draft ad, theres a pf which can do it all in jamison, an off the charts athlete, many said the second coming of mj on unc, maybe on the nba, vince carter, theres a point guard who can dish out like magic johnson, jason williams, a scoring point guard in mike bibby, a all star type of potential in raef lafrentz, a guard/forward that has the star potential, and a german which prove he should been pick higher, in the end, the kandi man was picked first, a star of pacific college, many teams are interested of him because of his height, wingspan body and POTENTIAL, got a good hook shot, but where he is now, look at the 1998 draft, bonzi wells also picked at number 11,

maybe millicic too, pick ahead of melo wade kaman, ford collison hinrich, howard and d west,
what about glen bias, hes not a bust at number 2, but, died ryt after the draft,

For me the worst (that i have seen him playing regullarly) is Kandi man for sure.
KWame Brown worst no.1 overall pick.

Here's Bogut's statistics so far... You can see that he has a great FG%, but his problem is he's playing with Michael Redd, and most of the actions are made for Redd, not for Bogut... He's improving every year... Last season, he improved dramatically in shot blocking, from 0.5 to 1.7 b/pg... He's great in offensive rebounding, 3.1 last season... And he is solid assister, as you can see! He don't deserve to be on this list, let's be real, right now he's amongst 5 of the best NBA centers... Ming, Shaq, Ilgauskas, Bogut and maybe Camby, or Biedrinš... Howard and Amare are PFs, not a real centers...

You are judging a player by his first game only?

Kobe had 0 pts on his NBA debut too.

Andrew bogut and yao ming shouldnt be on that list

Certainly not. Bogut is a fine player. He´s going to be one of those big guys who sticks around the league for many, many years because of his defense and size.

Good opinion! Only player scored scoreless who picked no.1 in NBA draft

for me its olowakandi, then.. brown.. then maybe bogut. bogut still has a lot of time to prove us wrong though.

as for yao, i dont think that he should be included in that list. yes, he may had a very bad debut for a #1pick. but considering his averages right now and the things he bring to the game to help his team win shouldnt be overlooked.

    just an opinion.

Great! You mentioning that are unknown legend players. I think someone worst than Bargnani or Olowokandi

    P.S.

Very-very too non-sense for sinoball, Bargnani is now 22, still not good performance. Bogut too.. Kwame Brown is not bust but still in more minutes, but I've include him. Bogut is 23 still not helpful winning their team. How about Yao, his first game in NBA had scoreless in his game. The worst no. 1 pick in a game in history. But I'm was very suprised have NBA star average statistics that's why he is big and the defender didn't high pressure on him. That's big questionable! I've understand that coach always urged Yao's playing time!

    Anyway I'm a being real!

Joe Smith still not in the bust. He would triple threat with Spreewell and Mullin. He was major injured before his traded to Philadelphia so then his statistics lower. He is a star level player. Greg Oden is a big question???!! Is the future of PERVIS ELLISON!

We'll reexamine Greg Oden in 5 years.

Bargnani is too young. Bogut is not good as thought but not a bust, and is still young. Kwame is a bust, but not the worst.

And no sense talking to joel23. He once said he's part-Chinese, I think he has Oedipus Complex or whatever it's called.
I wanted to include Joe Smith but it was too long ago. There is possibility that Greg Oden sometime will be on the voting too...

Guess where Tractor Traylor is? ... Puerto Rico. Though I would rather be in the NBA and make heaps of $$$, I wouldn't mind playing in Puerto Rico in front of all those good looking Puerto Rican ladies while listening to the latest Reggaeton beats

However, looking from the perspective of the Bucks organisation. The advantages of obtaining the former University of Michigan star was a safer bet because you have seen the big man develop slowly throughout his years in Michigan and on top of that you know that this Big Man has been used to playing in a stlye of play that is easier for him to adjust to the NBA than from a unknown kid who has been playing overseas and may find the adjustment to the NBA quite difficult. Do you go for the kid full of potential or do you go for the safe choice? Of course it is easier to comment now but then many manager would rather take the safer pick than the gamble.
wasn't this the draft when Dirk Nowitzki got traded to the Mavs? hmmm, maybe the manager thought twice after
