  • Cool Map: Where NBA Players Were Born

Here is a link to a really cool map that shows where all NBA players were born. This guy created a map from 1947 and one this year.

The map takes a long time to load for me.
"I really like the attitudes of eagles. They never give up. When they grab a fish or something else, they never let it go. It doesn't matter. In a book, they write they find a skeleton of [an] eagle and there is no fish. It means that the fish beat him and killed him, but he didn't let go." -- Donatas Motiejunas

Nice ideia, it certainly provides a clearer view of where each team's players come from. Just one thing that intrigues me, if you choose the Hawks, I can only assume he thought Pachulia was born in Georgia - USA

When I red the post name I imagined the map exactly like it is. It is very interesting map and it is hard to imagine how much time he spent to mark all locations

Hilarious!! I don't know if this stuff was programmed or automated, but that's really funny!!

Notice, by the way, how a great majority of the domestic NBA players are from the Eastern half of the US.

It's not funny. I thought that Pachulia was Georgian for a long time. I was shocked when I realised he was black.
