I hope Bynum can be half as good as Prime Shaq in the playoffs because their is no doubt in my mind that Shaq is the most dominant player in the history of the NBA, and Shaq is the 3rd best Lakers player of all time. I want to see the Lakers franchise retired his jersey number, when the Big Aristotle finally end his career in 2011.

Kaman worked with a neurosurgeon this summer to help improve his focus, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Prior to this season, Kaman had difficulty remembering plays and it affected his performance. As a two-year old, he was diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Wow, I can't believe that there is actually a debate about this. For me, it's obvious that Yao is the best center. And not only is he the best center in the NBA, but he's also the best center on the planet. In any league or competition, he just dominates other teams. Opposing teams have to double/triple team him and play zone just to stunt him a little, and even then his jump shot is so smooth that he can just turn and pop it in. When he is hacked, he goes to the line and gets his two points.

Dwight Howard is good, no doubt about that. He's got a wonderful power game. But do you guys think he sees the same defense that Yao sees? No way. I've only seen Howard play one game this season, but in that game the one-on-one defense was pretty weak. Yao spends his time fighting against double and triple teams.

Not only that, but Yao is far superior in international events, where defenses are much more rigid and powerful.
