  • Tracy McGrady is not a point forward

i want to get this straight that Tracy McGrady is not a point forward he doesn't run the offense for his team but hes the primary playmaker that doesn't make him a point forward.

    do you guys agree?

He is not a point forward. He is a shoot first guard.

He aint no Penny Hardaway either. Stick him at the 2 spot, or on the bench, you decide.

Except LeBron who else is a point forward now?

point forward is a new "trend"?!

you could say that Pippen and Bird were point forwards?

how about Sabonis, i guess he was a point center...

Scottie Pippen was a 100% point forward. Grant Hill was a point forward too. Jalen Rose played some point forward and the point forwards today are Diaw and Odom.

Yea, I also believe it's the new trend in basketball

IMO, basically, most talented tall guards/forwards (i.e. Vince Carter, Paul Pierce, etc.) can play as their team's point forwards from time to time...

new breed of tall point guards are also coming up such as the last year's rookie Thabo Sefalosha and Shaun Livingston....
