I would say Ray Allen is the most technically sound shooter of the ball at the moment.
Nobody can shoot the ball like him!

Mike Miller, Joe Johnson, Dirk Nowitzki, Predrag Stojaković, Steve Nash and Kyle Korver.

Yeah Peja, Dirk are good also.

But I think shooting with form is a lost art. Not many players have a shot that looks good. I guess it's watever works for them. Especially Kobe... he shoots funny. But he hits them.
