He does have Embiid as his superstar. I think my team is pretty well rounded. A small ball team of Irving, Bradley, Ariza, Durant and Draymond would be excellent defensively much like Golden State currently is. I have two go to great crunch time scorers who can get their own shot, and much like with Golden State Draymond will be my primary playmaker.

By the way it seems to me that your team has a lot of guys on their rookie deals so I don’t think you would be under the salary cap.

Solid arguments, however I doubt Irving can be a main dog in the super finals. You have to have that one extra talent as Leo in my roster (I may screwed up with salary cap I admit).

Is Embiid a superstar on a contender team?
LTU NT will snatch Eurobasket 2029 title with this roster:

      Jokubaitis, Marciulionis, Laurencikas
      Indrusaitis, Brazdeikis, Rubstavicius
      Buzelis, Lelevicius
      Murauskas, Sirvydis
      Tubelis, Krivas

Kyrie can play second fiddle to Durant like he did for LeBron. I agree he can never be the #1 on a championship team. Yeah I agree that CHBB’s team is lacking the one true undisputed superstar but despite his youth and inexperience I think Embiid is not that far away from becoming that.

I would primarily use this 8 man rotation in a playoff series with these minutes.

          Kyrie Irving. 38
          Avery Bradley. 36
          Kevin Durant. 38
          Draymond Green 38
          Derrick Favors. 28

          Trevor Ariza. 34
          Jeff Green. 14
          Dwyane Wade. 14

            Joseph Young Inactive
            Omri Casspi Inactive

Team players based team. Highly skilled, intelligent. Bench somewhat vulnerable defensively, but would love seeing such team winning NBA. Tons of ball movement.

Some would say 8 Euros a bit too much, but 7 of them I like very much and they are all brilliant and cheap
im actually impressed with this starting lineup, maybe i only would put KP instead of Saric, KP and Kawhii would make up for Jokic's bad rim protection, Jokic and CP could faciliate very well and balanced roster

I completely disagree. Everybody in my starting five has shown the ability to step up with huge offensive performances. Embiid and IT are the superstars. Draymond and Avery can both score and defend, and Covington can play off of either while also taking more of a scoring role and kicking it out to Draymond or AB for open jumpers. More importantly, they can beat anybody on both ends. My team would be a matchup nightmare. My bench and starting lineup both have at least two players who can run an offense other than the point guard. All of my role players can penetrate, and Embiid will drop 30 on you with ease, with Holmes coming in for 20 and 10 with multiple blocks. My team is long, can run and get turnovers yet can play very well in the half court. I don't see a single flaw other than not having a lot of lights out shooters. And my team can both lock you up defensively and get your defenders in foul trouble. They would definitely have a shot against anybody.

I like the Euro Movement but the team is very soft inside. Dario, Jokic, Porzingis are extremely soft and Nurkic is a foul machine that can't defend the PnR. That is a huge issue for me.

The second part I have troubles with is Thompson as the only pure shooter here. Also I will check the salary cap, to see if you are compliant

Let's put the star argument aside, I don't like that the only guy who can play with the ball in his hands and create his shot is a 5'9'' injury prone midget who can't play a lick of defense. Let's say you hide him on defense, you still have a huge issue on offense. He is a good scorer but not elite. Covington, Green and Bradley are much better when others create offense for them. Bradley can penetrate but is a very, very streaky shooter. Basically, if I would play your team, I would give center help with Embiid and put a big defensive guard on IT and it is game over on offense for that team. Defensive issues are that most of the teams here posted are stacked on both guard spots, so if you even hide IT with Bradley taking the best guard, IT is still gonna let in 30 on the second best guard.

                    Kawhi Leonard $18,868,625
Dario Saric $8,239,560 (Adjusted since it is a rookie contract)
Nikola Jokic $10,792,304 (Adjusted since it is on a rookie contract)

                    Milos Teodosic $6,000,000
                    Danny Green $10,000,000

Domas Sabonis $8,239,560 (Adjusted as well, I counted him as Forward since he is cheaper that way)
                    Kristaps Porzingis $8,239,560 (Same)
Jusuf Nurkic $10,792,304 (Adjusted same as Jokic)

                    Omri Casspi $1,471,382
So we can see that you are around $136 million or almost 40 mil over the cap You must've missed the instructions about rookie deals.

Yeah, I missed that. I thought it counts only for first year guys As for being too soft inside, I didn't really consider Jokic being as soft defender and Sabonis/Nurkic duo is surely tough enough. Besides Porzingis is a very good blocker and he hustles a lot thus compensating his lack of toughness. But you surely have a point here. Overall this team would have defensive issues. As for the shooters, I doubt this would be an issue as Teo (currently adjusting to NBA line, but we know he has a stroke), Green (37%) and Satoransky (48%) can shoot and you still have arguably best SG who can play 40 minutes if needed. I still would absolutely love this team I could gather such, because there's plenty of agility, ball movement and highest class decision making at O.

Try to make a new one and fit it into the cap

I didn't say that they can't shoot, it's about having only one PURE shooter. Others can shoot if the shot is created for them through scheme or by another player. Klay there is the only legit guy who is a pure shooting menace on his own.
