Bulls sign Diamond Stone to a partially guaranteed two year deal. Didn't even know Atlanta waived him. Terrible decision by the Hawks.

Jarrett Jack signs a one year non-guaranteed deal with the Knicks. I guess they're just bringing in every washed up combo guard at this point. Hopefully they somehow trade for Bayless.Last edited by CHBB; 09-14-2017, 11:50 PM.

At the very least, he's exactly the kind of player Denver should have around their young guys and especially say Will Barton and Malik Beasley.

But he provides a combination of size and skill that is even now hard to find in a veteran player, so if he balls out then why not?

Jason Terry back to Milwaukee on a one year, $2.3 million deal.

Childress didn't drop off the face of the earth. He had two good years with the Sydney Kings from 2014-16, (20/10/4 or thereabouts), albeit on a cellar dwelling team, followed by Japan. Only real issue of his Australian stint was durability, he missed a lot of games.

Alex Len signs the $4 million and change qualifying offer from Phoenix and will become a UFA in 2018. This was a smart move by a player who has been grossly misused since being drafted in the top ten in 2013.
This leaves only JaMychal Green and Nikola Mirotic as major RFAs. I fully expect Green to be back with Memphis for at least one more year but I have a hard time seeing Mirotic ending up in a Chicago uniform by the time the season starts.
