Suns currently leading the Pacific division and Markieff Morris was named Western Player of the Week. Eric Bledsoe as a starter is also having a good statistical outing with the young season.

Great game being played by the Suns right now. It looks like they are going to snap Portland's win streak as the Suns are up 20 with five minutes left in the game. Goran Dragic stepping up in the absence of Bledsoe. Channing Frye has been draining it with his range. The Morris twins outplaying whatever Portland threw at them.

Suns are 14-9, definately didn't see this one coming before the season started. I does show that the names don't count on court, the team does. They might be the best fast-break team in the league.

A lot of Suns fans would like it more if Phoenix was a bottom 5 team and had a big chance to get a star talent on the Draft lottery as this year's Draft is pretty promising.
IMHO, this team is great and I enjoy the ride, I'm not even sure if a star player would bring much to the table as current Suns have great chemistry as a team.
5 in a row for now, a big game against Spurs tonight and it would be no surprise if Suns take this one too and continue with the winning streak.

Goran Dragic and Gerald Green pounced on a dead tired Clippers as the rout went on for the three quarters until it was time for some cruise control. Everyone got to play including Slava Kratsov and Dionte Green.

Eric Bledsoe will be sidelined as he will need reconstructive surgery on his right knee.

Suns torched the Indiana Pacers in the valley of the sun. A sloppy Pacers squad was outrun and outgun by the fast-breaking Suns. 28 fast-break points for the Suns in this rout.

Career game for Markieff Morris: 27 points and 15 rebounds as the Suns won. Cleveland had one of the most horrible 3rd quarter to date in the NBA: 6 points scored and that is when the Suns made a comeback when they were down 20 points.

Suns win @Philly, 124 - 113. Career high for Green, 30 points, 10/12 field goals total, 4/5 for three and he even managed to Block three times. Phoenix gets to 26 victories at the half season (last season we had 25 for the whole thing).

Awesome and congrats! Suns not skipping a beat even without Bledsoe. It seems Gerald Green has finally found a home after stints with Boston, New Jersey, Indiana and such. Goran Dragic reminds me of how Nash used to lead this team.

Thanks! Yeah, Dragic is doing an excellent job and he's getting even better now that Bledsoe is out for a while. Like the fact that Barbosa is doing ok with this team.

Great game by the Suns against a challenge by Milwaukee. Twin Power off the bench by the Morris Twins was really huge. The Dragic and Green tandem played good in a much controlled pace (Despite TO's) in the half-court as they combined for 53. Good thing about it is that the Suns showed that they can play a half-court pace.

Suns love to pounce on every opponent turnover that leads to points to them. Then they settle for a half-court offense that makes them tangible on D. Moving away from the D'Antoni philosophy not entirely, but refining it.
