While the Houston Rockets have sent rookies Donatas Motiejunas, Scott Machado and Royce White into the D-League, it seems White has not been practicing.

Rockets management told the press that White's erratic behavior in attendance will be solved internally with repercussions.

The Boston Celtics have assigned rookies Kris Joseph and Fab Melo to the Maine Red Claws.

Philadelphia news sites are reporting that the Philadelphia 76ers are eyeing either the Fort Wayne Mad Ants or Iowa Energy for acquisition.

Sources stated that the 76ers are no longer interested in Bakersfield Jam and Sioux Falls Skyforce.

The Philadelphia 76ers are reported to be close in full acquisition and ownership of the Utah Flash. According to reports, the Utah based franchise was being sold much cheaper compared to Iowa and Fort Wayne.

Five players I am looking forward to for the D-League Season:

Damion James (Bakersfield Jam) - One of those "small" small forwards by NBA standards. But he is explosive with his vertical leap.
Jajuan Johnson (Fort Wayne) - Being drafted first overall and is a former first rounder in the NBA, the hypes comes naturally.
Justin Harper (Idaho Stampede) - An intriguing combination of size, rebounding and perimeter touch.
Kevin Jones (Canton Charge) - For his rebounding. I'm expecting several double doubles in P&R.
Jarrid Famous (LA D-Fenders) - I hope he sticks around for a better evaluation.

Special mention to Darnell Jackson of the Reno BigHorns. The former Sacramento Kings is slimmer and tougher this time around. He'll have a Kings call up soon I hope.

The Tulsa 66ers vs. Texas Legends is interesting. For one, both are being lead by foreign coaches. Tulsa with Serbian head coach Darko Rajakovic and Texas under Mexico's Eduardo Najera.

When asked about Royce White, Morey refused to go into detail but said that they never planned for White to play for the Vipers, but said that the Rockets are addressing White's special needs.
