Head coach Ty Corbin was quoted in an interview with the Salt Lake Tribune that he plans on simplifying the offense and defensive sets for the Jazz during the short training camp.
It does make sense as simplicity will be much easier to entail on the new look Jazz. Given the short amount of time of preparation, this is a venerable decision from Corbin. A wise one too wherein he can incorporate dynamics into the sets as the season progresses.
This too will make the adjustment period for the rookies, easier.

I saw the name of Keith Mcleod in the Jazz training camp roster. Mcleod played two seasons with the Jazz in the span of 2002-2004. He received mentorship from John Stockton.
Back then, Mcleod was a fan favorite and we'll see if Mcleod will re-join the Jazz as a member of the season roster. After the lockout was over, Utah Jazz General Manager Kevin O'Connor personally called Mcleod and invited him to the training camp.

Derrick Favors had a strong game and served notice of his improvement with a 25 points and 11 rebounds performance to lead the Utah Jazz in their first win of the season with a 102-99 win against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Point guard Devin Harris scored 19 points, Gordon Hayward with 15 and Paul Millsap with a double double of 14 points and 12 rebounds.

The Utah Jazz players and some members of the organization are pushing for swingman Jeremy Evans to join the Slam Dunk contest in the 2012 NBA All-Star Weekend next month in Orlando.
A sample of Evans' resume:

The Utah Jazz spiking the Deron Williams lead Nets at home. Al Jefferson scored a team high 20 points. Paul Millsap was second with 18 points. CJ Miles had 17 points off the bench.

The Utah Jazz have been wise on not trading Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap at the start of the season due to their long term prospects for Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter.
Jefferson and Millsap have been alternating for good showings; picking up the other when that player struggles.
The Jazz are currently 9-4 under the first full year under Ty Corbin.

Imo, whatever happens, they should never trade Millsap. He's the best player in the team, and I don't think they can get equal value in return by a trade. but depending on Favors/Kanter development, Jefferson seems dispensable.
