Utah should trade Al Jefferson and Devin Harris. Instead of them, they should add their squad a PG and a SF. But i dont know any players who they'll add.

Jefferson could be traded if the right package is deemed to be beneficial for Utah. On Harris, he can still be serviceable since the Jazz did not draft Brandon Knight. Harris and Burks at the back court is bearable.
Kanter and Jefferson up front could still work; creating a double tower of power since Jefferson knows how to play PF from his early days in Boston. That and Millsap as sixthman.
Let's see how Ty Corbin handles Utah next season. It makes an interesting subject to look forward to.Sacramento Kings

Gordon Hayward is working hard this Lockout Off-Season.
Read all about it on The Salt Lake Tribune
Hayward's training regimen includes ball handling, shooting and overall conditioning. In which the Flex Offense is very demanding being it's nature of being a Man to Man offense. So the shooting and overall conditioning will benefit Hayward.
Last season, Hayward played into the Flex in smooth adaptation given his basketball IQ. Hayward set orthodox screens and slided into the shooting position afterwards. For him to be effective more on down-screens, he needs to add more weight so he can finish when giving a down-screen and follow it up with an augmented slide down low for the catch and fling.Sacramento Kings

The Jazz are loaded in the front court with Al Jefferson & Enes Kanter at the Center position and PFs Paul Millsap and Derrick Favors.
They need to move at least one of those players and fill their SF/SG spots.
I'd suggest moving Millsap to make way for Favors and Al Jeff to make way for Kanter who is supposed to be a stud. They could get a solid player back for both of those guys. They didn't make the playoffs, they should go young.
