The only reason the Nets and Rockets let him go in the first place was because of attitude. He hasn't had any problems with us so far, so we will gladly take a former lottery pick. Plus we needed some more depth (and even talent, to an extent) at that forward spot and Terrence provides that. And also, Demarcus Cousins has shown we can fix bad attitudes and turn them into great players. I really hope it is the same case with Williams, or T-Will (no, not J-Will ; J-Will is too exciting). He should be another great, young piece to our rebuilding franchise.

As for the game against New Jersey, I can say I am fairly disappointed with the result. The game last night was yet another example of us playing to the level of our opponents. We were blown out on our home floor by another subpar team ; it was the first time in a while that we didn't have a big chance to win throughout the whole game. Anyways, we play the Minnesota Timberwolves again. It is at 7:00 p.m. (pacific time) tomorrow. Maybe we can beat them at home again, like we did a couple of weeks ago.
I am hoping that the Sacramento Kings will re-sign Terrence Williams for long term in the offseason. Evans, Thornton and Williams, we have three good players from the 2009 draft. All three are good talents surrounding Demarcus Cousins.

Since there are rumors that the Kings are planning to use the Amnesty Clause on John Salmons, Williams will be the likely wingman to take Salmon's role. In Williams, we have a very athletic and versatile swingman that can play guard and forward.

11 years ago, we had another Williams that is number #55.

          • Sacramento Kings Among Best Offensive Teams Since All-Star Break

Head coach Keith Smart has done a great job in fine tuning our offense with his quick-hitting spread out offense. The result is that the Kings are producing points and a much improvement from our offensive meltdowns a year before. The Kings have depth and firepower in their young core.

I look for the defense to improve also and Smart is doing just that with progress.

            • Great victory for us last night. Jimmer was stroking the ball from beyond the arc.= (he had 19 points and made 3-7 three pointers). Tyreke Evans with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists. Amazing... That means he grabbed more boards than Demarcus Cousins (he had 9 rebounds, 20 points). For the Timberwolves, Kevin Love was the main guy with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Overall, a great offensive game for us. Nice teamwork last night, from the Kings. As a team, they had 23 assist compared to 11 turnovers.

We face the Phoenix Suns tonight. We were blown out by them the other times we have faced them, but I expect a different result this time around - one that has us on the winning end of the game.

                      • This has been a breakout season from Demarcus Cousins. He quickly became the franchise player in just his second year. The Sacramento Kings would like to retain Evans, Williams, Thornton, Thompson, Greene, Thomas and Fredette to build around this newly built cornerstone for the future.
