I'm glad to see that our players felt the need to get together and talk about the team as a whole. Player meetings can never b e bad, I think. Francisco stepped up as leader, it looks, and so did Chuck Hayers. I'm also glad to find out that they came out of that meeting with a need to focus on effort on the court (especially on defense). Very important for our team.

I agree. This is where Hayes and Garcia are most valuable off the court. They are our veterans and the younger players do listen to them.
Additionally, Hayes will be sidelined for three to four weeks due to his dislocated left shoulder. I expect JJ Hickson to be the starter at the power forward spot. For back-up, we have Travis Outlaw and if needed, Donte Greene can play the position.Sacramento Kings

J.J. Hickson should definitely start at the four, for us. I believe this will be the opportunity where Jason Thompson gets the minutes he deserves, and can show his talents. I always thought Westphal didn't give him enough minutes... Now for the game against the Orlando Magic on Sunday. Like I've said before, if we can cmmunicate on defense, and not be lazy and get back after missed baskets, we'll have a chance to win the game. What we can not do is expect to come back down from double digits every game. So we have to start off good, as well. By the way, I voted for Tyreke Evans and Demarcus Cousins for the All-Star team.
Even if I was not a Kings fan, I atill would've vpted for Demarcus because of the other options just aren't really good. Can't say the same for Reke. He'd be close, though.

I agree and nothing more I can add. At the moment, the Orlando Magic are currently undefeated in their home court as they playing the Chicago Bulls tonight.

And I agree, two winnable matchups in those two teams. Although, the Raptors haven't started of bad this year so we shouldn't underestimate them, especially at their own home.sigpicComment

Our defense must contain Dwight Howard as the first priority. It would also help us if Howard gets into foul trouble with our guards having the aggressiveness to fish for fouls during an attack in the basket.
I am also wary of Ryan Anderson and JJ Redick. Both can contribute in their point production. Look for Tyreke Evans to exploit Jameer Nelson while Marcus Thornton give trouble to Jason Richardson.Sacramento Kings
