  • I forgot that Tracy McGrady was also a free agent. He could land in New York for less.

DD I remember when Grizzlies traded Pau for nothing, and everybody argued and turned out that Marc Gasol was not bad. But THIS TRADE! Lee for bunch of shit? Why nobody argues about this stupid trade, Is this even legal?

Just wait and see, this has to mean something for the Knicks, I am guessing maybe they want to trade them for the new guard they are trying to get or have some bench players knowing that the 3 of them won't be bad coming off the bench.
And don't forget the Knicks might be after Melo now after Lebron's knocked them and their fans out yesterday.

Good point. With all this hype and planning this free agency period, a lot of teams are planning ahead as well.

Lee is the best player out of all these guys, but I Randolph (born in Germany) and Azubuike (born in UK) are both decent players. Randolph has a low percentage from field goals, but he's had a few 20+ games. Azubuike can give 15 points and 5 rebounds most nights.

But the Knicks screwed up here. They've got too many SFs here (Gallinari, Randolph, Azubuike, Chandler) and they lost their only big man worth a nickel. Plus, I don't think they have a PG right now...

That's pretty big. That's really good for Miami. They've got their shooter now. I think they still need a PG and a big man, but Miller really helps.

I haven't seen the Miller signing confirmed by any other sites yet, they may just be waiting on finalizing the numbers for Wade, Bosh and James since everything else is determined by how much of a pay cut they will be taking.
Sit back and watch Pat Riley work his magic

Lee is definitely the best player out of these guys but many experts believe Randolph has potential to be great, as in perennial all star great. Don Nelson just never let him get consistent minutes. I saw some potential in Randolph but I don't think he'll ever be an all star.
They appear to have a lot of SFs but Gallinari and Randolph can play stretch 4's, meaning take the opposing PF defenders out to the perimeter and they can play Stoudemire at the 5. I wouldn't be surprised if they did that fairly regularly since D'Antoni used to run that type of lineup back in Phoenix

Like you, I just don't see Randolph being that good.
