Not surprised Nurkic didn't get extended after the Blazers drafted Zach Collins.

Shame to see Nurkic go down. He was absolutely killing it with Portland. Time for Al-Farouq Aminu, Noah Vonleh, but especially Ed Davis and Meyers Leonard to step up.

He was so underappreciated there it's not even funny. Such a good player.

Dame and CJ are turning into one of the best backcourts in the league. Both dropped at least 30 on the Lakers as the Pacers demolished LA in Portland, scoring 100 points by the end of the third quarter.

After languishing on the bench the first two seasons of his career like seemingly most Portland players, Allen Crabbe is averaging 11.1 points per game on the season and in reality that average doesn't do him justice considering how many nights he has scored in the mid-high teens. I guess they learned from the mistakes they made with Will Barton and Thomas Robinson.

Give credit to Terry Stotts for finding meaningful minutes for first CJ McCollum, then Tim Frazier, and now Crabbe. Portland is getting great production from their guards.

This is what the post Lamarcus Aldridge era looks like. An array of mobile and stretch bigs that can pass as a relay to an open shooter, shoot after a screen and set screens for Lillard. Dame is pretty deadly when shooting above and after screens.

Good luck to him too, I think you're right a change scenery is what he could need.

According to reports, Trailblazers will be trading Nic Batum to the Hornets for Noah Vonleh and Gerald Henderson. Batum had an off-year and looks like fatigue and lingering injuries contributed to it.
