Another big victory for Portland, winning 111-104 against Olc last night. Two big victories in a row for Portland, both close games they could go far if they continue like this. Great evening for Aldridge, his 38 points, 13 rebs vs Durant's 33 points, 7 rebs really made a difference. Good performance by Batum and Lopez (double double) and other players from Portland.

Good to see Portland back in winning ways again. RIP City is throbbing within the fans as a seemingly healthy Lamarcus Aldridge is a top NBA bigman. Aldridge is drawing comparison from a RIP City legend in Luke Walton. That mid to late 70's Portland team made or break with Walton's health; culminating in a championship in 1977.

Aldridge is also being mentioned in potential MVPs.

I like how Portland optimizes floor spacing with their three perennial shooters in Lillard, Matthews and Batum. Their offense is a carousel stemming from stagger screens, low screens and shaft screens that frees up the corners. Rotating bigs too have an option for a cross-court pass for open three shooters.

Definitely! And they have so many guys who can shoot really well from long range including Mo Williams and Dorrell Wright in addition to the names you mentioned above.

Great game last night against Cleveland, I expected a much easier win for Portland, good game Cleveland. Two games in a row Damian Lillard for the win. If they continue like this they could rename the team into Portland Buzzers. Maybe the joke is not that good as I first thought
