Murky future for Roy, Miller and Oden in Portland
Round up
According to The Oregonian that the Portland Trailblazers are inducing Brandon Roy to retire, so as to waive Roy's salary. Also, the Trailblazers are also reported to be hoping for the Amnesty Clause on the next Collective Bargaining Agreement to dispatch Roy's salary.
But in my opinion, since Roy's trade value has suffered greatly from the recorded troubles on both knees; the best course of action is to limit Roy's minutes next season by making him come off the bench and see where could that pilot to.
Also, interim General Manager Chad Buchanan is unsure about the future of center Greg Oden and Veteran point guard Andre Miller as the owner of the Trailblazers, Paul Allen is not too keen on both players being on the future plans.
