Though I don't have much respect for fast break dunks (since the opposition includes less or unprepared players), this must be an easy call here with Tommygun Chambers over Mark Jackson
Tom Chambers's famous dunk on Mark Jackson. Chris Webber gives props.Rated 6th best dunk by FSN.

For me,it was probably D.Songaila in euro 03.
I knew nothing about the guy till then because at the time i was living abroad for 5 years ,without internet...
My friend got Lithuanian TV,and whole bunch of us watched last 3 games with Lithuania in the tournament, and man,i wasn't disappointed.
I will check youtube, maybe i can find that dunk
Galingas Dariaus Songailos dėjimas auksiniame Eorobasket 2003 finale Švedijoje

Not the best dunk, but for me it was something i will remember for a very long time..

    Ahh,obviously M.Timinskas

I am sure this dunk had been featured as in "the very best of Euroleague top moments" many times.

And maybe not on the topic, but the best i have seen of all Lithuanians to dunk is M.Kalnietis.Phenomenal jumper..as for a white guy.

The best one I've ever seen, live, was in the 2003 Tournament of the Americas when Anderson Varejao drove the baseline against the U.S. and dunked the ball hard on Jermaine O'Neal's head.

O'neal was so embarrassed that on the very next possession he tried to dunk the ball in traffic, missed, and injured himself. I wish I had the video.

    2 vince carter on weiss

3 iguodala at the last slam dunk

4 james white dunks between legs from the free throw line.. (only fourth 'cause the quality of the video wasn't perfect and the basket seems strange... )

No love for the great (from NC State) Spud Webb? Unbelievable! My favorite of this dunk competition was the 360 but I liked all of his dunks.

My favorite is also Vince Carter's dunk over Weis. But, I think Andre Iguodala's second dunk in last year's competiton was also awesome.
    Video link

btw, anyone remembering Allen Iverson's dunk on Marcus Camby?
