The best one I've ever seen, live, was in the 2003 Tournament of the Americas when Anderson Varejao drove the baseline against the U.S. and dunked the ball hard on Jermaine O'Neal's head.
O'neal was so embarrassed that on the very next possession he tried to dunk the ball in traffic, missed, and injured himself. I wish I had the video.
True. He completes the final 180 degrees between the dunk and his landing. Thus, he revolves 720 degrees in total, but dunks at 540.
Extraordinary dunk in any case.
540 or 720 i think that is definately the best dunk of 2006 by far. but of all time that can be argued with his i guess carters is very nice has anyone seen austin crosheres dunk from this season that was off the chain aswell, ill c if i can find that
Victor Dukes dunk on Manila,Nettleton sophomore Victor Dukes threw down a hellacious dunk in the finals of the NEA tourney. Here it is with a little editing,...
For me,it was probably D.Songaila in euro 03.
I knew nothing about the guy till then because at the time i was living abroad for 5 years ,without internet...
My friend got Lithuanian TV,and whole bunch of us watched last 3 games with Lithuania in the tournament, and man,i wasn't disappointed.
I will check youtube, maybe i can find that dunk
Though I don't have much respect for fast break dunks (since the opposition includes less or unprepared players), this must be an easy call here with Tommygun Chambers over Mark Jackson
