Disagree. Germany is Australia+. You had a much better showing against Australia than us. Don't minimise your achievements. You were blowing them out by 19 at one point. You got this.

We blew them out of the gym two years ago in a Eurobasket quarterfinal without Mo Wagner and Bonga. We got much better in the next two years. Greece not so sure... Giannis needs to absolutely go ballistic and foul out our whole frontcourt for Greece to have a chance. After seeing our team match the physicality of team USAs bigs (Embiid, Anthony Davis, Adebayo) in the friendly in London and seeing how they guarded Wembanyama yesterday, I am pretty confident we win this game.

Germany is a perfect team and Dennis Schroder is in the shape of his life. The Germans have a complete team with stretching bigs, rim running guards, defending forwards...

I miss the good old days of 2 groups of 6 teams. That format made sure the best 8 teams made the quarterfinals. Brazil is clearly not a better team than Spain or South Sudan.

If i need choose best chance for upset is Australia and France

Why France? beating home team in 1/4 never is easy task and Canada not always takes game seriuosly after getting the lead and France wont play so badly 2 games in a row

Australia tallent wise is not even weaker than Serbia but i dont trust their nba wings shooting abilities.

I dont think so. Wemby struggled a lot against the physicality of Germany and he didnt look like he was eager to win. Dort can push him away but even if he scores 30 points the potential output of Canada is much higher.

I dont say there is no way that Canada could lose but Canada will make it.

Hell mostly operate on the perimeter anyway. He can score as long as others cant. The French team is struggling and SGA will find a solution but I see your point.

Brooks already went against Giannis and was +24 before fouling out. If Wemby scores 30 then France is not going to score more than 80. And I think that it's not enough.

If you want Wemby to be first option you can't have Gobert or Lessort on court same time with hime. And because on that coach from the 90's I don't think it's going to happen. France ofcourse have a change but only if Canada have complitely off night and game ends something like 70-65.
